Processing Times Every watch is hand-customized and filters are produced in small batches. Please allow the following before your order ships:
- Watches: 5–7 business days
- Filters & Parts: 2–3 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and by the carrier once your order has shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing JellyLabWatches@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, and reshipping fees apply to any order returned due to address errors.
Delivery Responsibility Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the order as delivered. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery. Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party reshippers are considered delivered once confirmed received by that provider.
International Orders We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. For all other regions, orders can be placed through our Etsy store.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's sole responsibility. We do not collect VAT or duties at checkout.
Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. Typical international delivery is 7–21 business days after shipment, excluding customs delays. Refused, unclaimed, or duty-unpaid packages returned to us are not eligible for a refund.
