No, JellyLab is not associated with Casio. JellyLab is an independent watch modification service that customizes authentic Casio watches, but is not associated with Casio.

Is JellyLab associated with LukeBuildsWatches?

Yes! Luke is the owner of JellyLab and completes the majority of watch mods himself.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, this website ships to the following regions:

If you are ordering from a region not listed, we can still fulfill your order via our Etsy store linked here.

What watch models do you modify?

I currently only offer the models:

  • Casio Royale (AE1200)
  • Caso F91-W

I plan on expanding this in the near future.

Can I send you my watch to customize?

JellyLab only modifies new watches. This ensure consistent quality and avoids personal watches potentially getting lost in transit. Prices include a brand new base watch.

Are modified watches still water resistant?

Yes, any internal modification occurs between the "glass" of the watch and the time module. This allows the watch to maintain its factory water resistance, even after modification. See my video here for a demonstration.

Do modified watches keep their factory warranty?

No, modifying the watch voids the factory warranty.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Note that every watch is hand customized and filters are produced in small batches. Please review the timelines below before ordering.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:

Watches: 5 - 7 business days

Filters & Parts: - 2 - 3 business days

Shipping:

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and by the carrier once shipped.

Important Notes:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume periods

Return Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, please note the following conditions:

  • Buyer must pay for return or exchange shipping
  • Items need to be returned in the original packaging
  • Watches should not have indications of wear (within reason)
  • Filter kits should not have protective film removed

Please email JellyLabWatches@gmail.com in order to initiate a return or exchange. The timestamp of your initial email will determine 14 day return/exchange window eligibility.

Order Accuracy & Delivery Policy

Order Information & Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order details at checkout, including the shipping address.
  • Orders will be shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, if you would like to modify or cancel your order please email us a JellyLabWatches@gmail.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

  • Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the order as delivered.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery.

Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Services

  • If a customer uses a freight forwarder, mail forwarding service, or third-party logistics provider, our responsibility ends once the order is delivered to that provider.

International Shipping Policy

Please review the following information carefully before placing an international order.

Duties, VAT, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • The customer is solely responsible for paying any duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country.
  • We do not collect VAT, GST, or duties at checkout.

Customs authorities determine whether these fees apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs Processing & Delays

International shipments must clear customs before delivery.

  • Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.
  • Delays caused by customs inspections, processing backlogs, or local postal services are not considered shipping delays.
  • We are unable to expedite or intervene in customs processing.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

International shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Typical delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Tracking may pause or update intermittently once the package leaves the United States and is transferred to the destination country’s postal service.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If an international shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to unpaid duties, VAT, or import fees

The order is not eligible for a refund, including original shipping costs.

Return shipping fees (if applicable) will not be reimbursed.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party reshippers are delivered once confirmed as received by the forwarding service.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an international order has been shipped:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
  • In the rare event of a lost package, resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation process and limitations.

Important Acknowledgment

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for all applicable import fees, taxes, and duties.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Customs delays and local postal handling are beyond our control.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages are not refundable.
