12-Month JellyLab Warranty

Modifying a Casio voids the factory warranty, so we cover every JellyLab watch ourselves. If something goes wrong in the first 12 months, email me and I'll make it right.

What's covered

Faults in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the day your watch is delivered. That includes:

  • the display, buttons, module and battery
  • the case, glass, faceplate and decals
  • the band, bracelet, pins and clasp
  • water getting inside the watch
  • anything that arrives damaged, wrong or missing

The 12-Month JellyLab Warranty covers the watch's owner, including anyone who received it as a gift, for watches and parts bought from JellyLab (jellylabwatches.com or our marketplace shops). Wholesale orders have their own terms.

What isn't covered

  • Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts or cracked glass
  • Normal wear, such as scratches and wear on bands and straps
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage from repairs or changes made by someone other than JellyLab
  • For DIY kits and parts: damage that happens while installing them (parts that arrive faulty are covered)

What I'll do

I'll repair or replace your watch free of charge. If I can't, for example because it was a limited edition that has sold out, I'll refund you. I cover shipping both ways, and if I need the original back I'll send you a prepaid label. Most of the time I don't.

How to make a claim

Email support@jellylabwatches.com with your order number and a photo or a short description of the problem. If you received the watch as a gift, the name of the person who ordered it is enough. If the watch needs to come back, I'll send you the return address and a prepaid label.

This is separate from returns. Our 14-day return policy still applies as well.

The legal part

The 12-Month JellyLab Warranty is a limited warranty. Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last only for the 12 months of this warranty. JellyLab is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
