1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by JellyLab Watches ("JellyLab"), PO Box 7535, Houston, TX 77008.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of any country worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of countries subject to U.S. government sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, are not eligible. Employees of JellyLab Watches and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to ensure participation is permitted under the laws of their country of residence.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs on a monthly basis with no predetermined end date. Each monthly entry period opens on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 11:59 PM CST on the last day of that same month.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Online: Visit jellylab.com/pages/monthly-giveaway and submit your email address using the entry form. One entry per person per month.
Mail-in (free): To enter without submitting information online, hand-print your full name and a valid email address or phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: JellyLab Watches – Monthly Giveaway, PO Box 7535, Houston, TX 77008, USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the entry period and received within fourteen (14) days thereafter. One entry per outer mailing envelope.
No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the monthly entry period. The drawing will take place on or around the 1st of the following month.
6. Prize
Each month's prize is one (1) custom-modified Casio watch as determined by the Sponsor for that entry period. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize varies and will be disclosed on the giveaway entry page for each monthly period. No cash substitution or prize transfer is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified by email or phone (depending on the contact method provided at entry) on or around the 1st of the month following the entry period. Winner must respond and confirm their mailing address within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. JellyLab Watches will cover international shipping costs to deliver the prize to the winner's confirmed address. Winner is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. JellyLab Watches is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or seized in customs.
8. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. JellyLab Watches reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
10. Privacy
Email addresses collected through this giveaway may be used to notify the winner and, with your consent, to send marketing communications from JellyLab. You may unsubscribe at any time. JellyLab Watches will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
